BOOKING POLICY: To secure your portrait session, a (10%-50%) non-refundable payment is required along with signing a contract. The session date will only be reserved once both steps are completed. Full payment is needed before receiving any products. I accept cash or Zelle.

RESCHEDULING AND LATE ARRIVALS: If you need to reschedule, we can use the initial payment for a new session if you provide at least seven days' notice. Late arrivals will shorten your session time, with no partial refunds. Weather concerns may lead to rescheduling at my discretion.

CANCELLATION: If cancellations are made seven or more days before the session, the initial payment can be applied to a rescheduled date. However, within less than seven days of the event, the initial payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL: If agreed on a certain location to be used during the portrait session, the Client is responsible for all location fees involved such as location access fees, parking, and other expenditures directly required for fulfillment of this Agreement.

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: All portrait session deliverables will be processed and available for delivery and viewing between 1-2 weeks from the event date. 

ADULT/PARENT PRESENCE AND PARTICIPATION: The parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) shall be in attendance for all communications and events.  Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) are required to accompany their child/children.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS: Clients must tag @morellavenue when sharing portraits online via personal website or social media. By booking, The Client agrees that images will not be edited in any way including adding filters or any other creative alternations.
